24-Hour Telephone Troubleshooting and On-Site Customer Support

For assistance with our products, please call (240) 290-0079. We have friendly service personnel ready to answer your
questions any time - day or night.

If we are unable to answer your questions over the phone, a service technician will be dispatched to your site to complete
any necessary troubleshooting and repairs.

On-Site Training

When we place one of our products in your laboratory, we provide extensive training on maintenance procedures and
